To ensure absolute security, safety and best preparation and service for the Congress, the leaders of the Da Nang Department of Tourism require hotels to strictly comply with and implement the instructions, guidance and deployment of the Organizing Committee, competent departments, agencies and functional branches during the Congress.
Before the Congress delegations check-in at the hotels, the hotel directors are required to conduct a general inspection, review, and supplement the requirements as recommended by the Department of Tourism - City Police Joint Inspection Team recorded in the Inspection Minutes, especially fire prevention and fighting, food hygiene and safety at the hotel. Do not be subjective or negligent in any step, even the smallest, to ensure absolute security and safety for the Congress delegations.
In particular, reviewing all facilities, services, human resources... must ensure 5 basic main requirements including: Ensuring safety (service safety, facilities, food hygiene and safety); ensuring professional, clean, green, beautiful, satisfying service quality, bringing experience value and satisfaction to tourists; ensuring service quality: attitude, service skills, customer care skills, situation handling skills, guest reception process; ensuring and publicizing business policies, promotions, price registration, price listing (especially services that guests pay for themselves); Plans and procedures for handling incidents related to guests at tourist service establishments.
