The Australian delegation, consisting of 28 finalists in the Miss Universe Australia pageant, including Moraya Wilson - Miss Universe Australia 2023, is currently in Hoi An as they continue their journey to find the top title in the prestigious Miss Universe Australia 2024 competition.
The group arrived in Hoi An and spent 7 days at the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex.
During the trip, the beauty queens visited the Quang Nam Hearing & Beyond Center for Inclusive Education and Support for Deaf Children. There, the beauty queens interacted, chatted, and learned sign language from the students.
At noon on May 25th, the group of beautiful women strolled and visited key spots in the ancient town. The appearance of the Miss Australia contestants attracted the attention of tourists and locals in Hoi An.
Mr. Van Ba Son, deputy director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province, said that Australia is among the top 10 international tourist markets with the highest number of overnight stays in Quang Nam.
The visit and vacation of the Miss Universe Australia 2024 pageant contestants to Hoi An will contribute to promoting the image of tourism and attracting more visitors to the destination.
