When new growth areas become "magnets" attracting real estate capital
After many years of centripetal development, Hanoi is entering a phase of expanding suburban urban space. This trend is clearly shown in the master plan until 2045, when the Western and Northwestern regions are identified as new development directions, linked to strategic infrastructure axes and large-scale urban areas that are being accelerated.
Standing out in the strategic infrastructure network is the West Thang Long Avenue - a 33km long route directly connecting the center of the capital with the western region with an investment capital of more than 1,200 billion VND - which is being accelerated. The 60m wide route with 10 lanes passing through the districts of Bac Tu Liem, Dan Phuong and Phuc Tho, is expected to open to traffic in the second quarter of 2026, expanding the urban development space to the northwest.

In parallel, Ring Road 4 - Capital Region, a 112.8 km long route with a total investment of more than VND 85,000 billion, passing through Hanoi, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh , has also completed nearly 98% of site clearance in Hanoi, expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2025 and aim to be operational in 2027. When completed, this will be a strategic connection axis between the center of the capital and satellite cities, while reducing the load on the traffic system in the core urban area. In addition, the Hong Ha bridge across the Red River under the Ring Road 4 project has also started construction, opening more traffic directions between Dan Phuong, Me Linh and Dong Anh, shortening the journey to Noi Bai airport.
In addition, other key transport infrastructure projects are also being accelerated, such as: Thuong Cat Bridge connecting the North and South of the Red River officially started construction on October 8, Beltway 3.5 is expected to open to traffic in the fourth quarter of 2025; Provincial Road 422 connecting to the center is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and Metro Line 4 is expected to be completed in 2030.
Synchronous infrastructure is gradually shaping a new face for the West of Hanoi, helping Dan Phuong escape from the image of a purely agricultural area to become a dynamic area in the expanding urban structure of the Capital. When the traffic is completed, this place will be more closely connected to the center, both shortening travel time and increasing the potential for socio- economic development and real estate value.
Shift in homebuyer tastes
Along with infrastructure, homebuyers’ tastes are also changing dramatically. As population density, noise and pollution in the central area increase, the young middle and upper class, especially the HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet), are starting to look for a clean, low-density and fully-equipped living environment.
Dan Phuong fully meets those criteria. Planned to become an ecological and high-tech urban area, the area aims for a development model that balances nature and modern life.
One of the typical projects is Vinhomes Wonder City, following the philosophy of "city in the park". According to official information from the investor, each resident here enjoys 30-35 m² of green trees and water surface, 15 times higher than the average of the inner city - where most people have less than 5 m² of green space.

Vinhomes Wonder City is gradually taking shape as a model metropolis in the West of Hanoi.
The landscape system includes 5 theme parks with a total area of over 24.5 hectares, over 10,000 trees and 51,000 m² of water surface, creating a seamless green ecosystem. From health care parks, sports, children's adventure parks, community ecology to four-season jogging parks, every space is designed towards the balance of body - mind - spirit for residents.
In that context, the concept of "wellness living" - living healthily in nature - is becoming a popular trend among successful young families. They do not just buy a house to live in, but also seek a sustainable living ecosystem that can nurture health, education and spiritual values.
With the advantage of connecting infrastructure, new planning and outstanding green space, Dan Phuong is becoming a symbol of the green living - healthy living - modern living trend of extended Hanoi.
In that flow, Masteri Sky Quarter at Wonder City stands out as the center of international living experience in the West of Hanoi. Located in the "center of the center" of the metropolis, the project inherits the entire system of utilities, landscape and modern infrastructure, while possessing the advantage of superior connectivity when it only takes about 15 minutes to travel to Tay Ho and the Diplomatic Corps area.

Masteri Sky Quarter is located in the center of Wonder City with 04 subdivisions shaping the center of international living experiences.
Prestigiously guaranteed by Masterise Homes with high-class handover standards from Masteri Collection, Masteri Sky Quarter pioneers in introducing the MultiLex real estate model - a comprehensive Living - Working - Investing solution in one space, with two subdivisions River Quarter and Park Quarter.
Here, residents can enjoy 69 exclusive amenities planned in three functional groups: entertainment - relaxation - art, bringing a complete life every day. Inspired by modern international art, the project creates a focal point of international living experience with a trio of values: fully connected living space - sophisticated artistic lifestyle - classy international living standards.

The appearance of Masteri Sky Quarter not only raises the international living standards at Wonder City, but also affirms the strong transformation of Dan Phuong on the journey to become a new urban center in the West of Hanoi. When the infrastructure is completed, this place will become a dynamic, potential and livable development area for the global community.
