In the second quarter, the Provincial Military Party Committee focused on advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to summarize the military and defense tasks in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. Advise the Provincial Steering Committee to issue a work program for 2024. Direct the organization of training courses and update defense knowledge according to decentralization. Direct the successful organization of the grassroots Emulation Congress and prepare to organize the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024. Deploy the construction of Comrades' Houses, Great Solidarity Houses, and Gratitude Houses in 2024. Effectively implement policies and measures on building comprehensively strong agencies and units, "exemplary models". Direct the development, adjustment and supplementation of logistics and technical documents ready for combat according to regulations. Strengthen the work of grasping the ideological situation of cadres and soldiers, promptly orienting ideological work.
