Auctioning 50 plots of land, Phuc Tho district expects to collect more than 135 billion VND

Talking to Economic and Urban reporters, Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district Nguyen Anh Tuan said that after the announcement period, the unit has received and is selecting a unit to organize the auction of 50 land plots.

The selection of auction units is carried out by the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district in accordance with the provisions of Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH-14 and the criteria specified in Article 3 of Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice .

Previously, the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district issued a notice inviting organizations to participate in the auction of land use rights for 50 residential plots in the communes of Trach My Loc, Xuan Dinh and Tho Loc.

The starting auction price of 30 plots of land in Trach My Loc commune is 23.4 million VND/m2. In Xuan Dinh commune, 11 plots of land have a starting auction price of 25 million VND/m2. Meanwhile, 9 plots of land in Tho Loc commune have an auction price of only 19.8 million VND/m2.

The total area of ​​50 residential land plots expected to be auctioned in the coming time in 3 communes is more than 5,900m2. Phuc Tho district expects to collect at least 135.4 billion VND from the auction of the above residential land plots.
