Chu Se Rubber invests in pineapple planting using high technology

GIA LAI On the morning of December 3, Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in high-tech agricultural investment with Vitad Co., Ltd.

The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. (Chu Se commune, Gia Lai). The cooperation between the parties aims to effectively exploit the agricultural land fund at Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. and take advantage of the technological and technical strengths of Vitad Co., Ltd. to develop a high-tech pineapple growing project at Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd.

According to the memorandum of understanding, Vitad Company Limited will supply tissue-cultured MD2 pineapple varieties, MD2 pineapple shoot varieties and purchase MD2 pineapple fruit products grown by Chu Se Rubber Company Limited.

In addition, Vitad Company Limited will advise and transfer the technical process of growing commercial pineapples, fertilizing according to the process and advise on the appropriate seed structure for each type of soil, each region in each stage. Coordinate and transfer Israeli irrigation technology to help save water and fertilizer.

Along with that, Vitad Company Limited will also organize training courses, transfer to the Company's staff and technical staff the technical process of planting and caring for pineapple trees according to each variety.

In the immediate future, in 2026, Vitad Company Limited will supply 120,000 MD2 pineapple tissue culture seedlings and over 500,000 MD2 pineapple shoot seedlings to Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. to implement the project. Vitad Company Limited commits to purchasing all pineapple fruit products grown from MD2 tissue culture seedlings and MD2 shoots for Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. upon harvest.

The high-tech pineapple planting project by Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. was implemented on an area of ​​over 43.8 hectares at the Ia Tiem rubber production team and has a term of 10 years after being granted an investment certificate.
