The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is requesting that press agencies, media outlets, and grassroots information centers launch a campaign from now until December 31, 2025, focusing on publicizing the 77th anniversary of World Human Rights Day (December 10, 1948 – December 10, 2025) through newspapers, online information portals, websites, social media platforms (Zalo, Facebook, Youtube, etc.), and grassroots information systems (radio, public LED and LCD screens, public information officers, etc.).
Information and propaganda content: The significance of World Human Rights Day; The consistent stance of the Party and State on human rights; Achievements of Vietnam as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council for the 2023-2025 term; Vietnam's commitments during its term as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council for the 2026-2028 term; Results of implementing international conventions to which Vietnam is a signatory; Achievements in ensuring human rights during nearly 40 years of reform; Vietnam's role and contributions in the field of international human rights; Achievements and commitments of Vietnam on World Human Rights Day (December 10); Policies to ensure human rights and the rights of vulnerable groups (women, children, the poor, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, etc.). Results of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 and other social security and welfare programs and policies; work to combat and refute distorted information about religious freedom, press freedom, and the issue of "indigenous ethnic groups"./.
