Proposal to award the title "People's Artisan" to 1 individual in the field of handicrafts - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

Based on the results of the meeting of the Provincial Council to consider increasing the titles of "People's Artisan" and "Meritorious Artisan", the Department of Industry and Trade issued Notice No. 4035/SCT-QLCN, dated December 3, 2025 on the results of the 6th consideration to increase the titles of "People's Artisan" and "Meritorious Artisan" in the field of handicrafts in the province in 2025.

Consider awarding the title of "People's Artisan" in the field of handicrafts for the 6th time in 2025 to Mr. Cao Kim Trong, Meritorious Artisan, General Director of Kim Tin Gold, Silver and Gemstone Group.

Accordingly, the Provincial Council unanimously agreed to propose the Ministry-level Specialized Council ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) to consider awarding the title of "People's Artisan" in the field of handicrafts for the 6th time in 2025 to Mr. Cao Kim Trong.

Mr. Cao Kim Trong, born in 1962, works in the field and profession: Jewelry (Gold and Silver processing and manufacturing) meeting the criteria for the title "People's Artisan" in the field of handicrafts according to the provisions of Decree No. 43/2024/ND-CP dated April 19, 2024 of the Government detailing the consideration for the title "People's Artisan", "Meritorious Artisan" in the field of handicrafts.

We request that people pay attention and participate in contributing opinions on the results of the 6th "People's Artisan" title award in the field of handicrafts in 2025. All comments and contributions from the people should be sent to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province before December 18, 2025 at the address: Office of the Department of Industry and Trade, 2nd and 3rd floors, Building B, Administrative Area Km5, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province.
