Recorded from more than 10:00 a.m. on July 12, the east bank of the Han River became bustling as hundreds of locals and tourists gathered here to reserve good seats, ready for the final night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025 (DIFF 2025).
Although the fireworks show officially starts at 8pm, along the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street, close to the riverbank, people have "reserved spots" with mats, tarpaulins, carpets, raincoats or other available items.

Large, colorful umbrellas were set up to provide shade. Some people brought folding chairs, food, and drinks, preparing for a long evening.
Despite the hot and humid weather, many people still patiently waited for hours to get an ideal position, where they could directly look at the main stage and the fireworks display set up in the middle of the river.
At 12 o'clock, the authorities quickly arrived to check and prevent the situation of taking advantage of the situation to sell seats.
Compared to previous nights, the number of people arriving early was significantly higher. The riverside spots near the Han River Swing Bridge, Dragon Bridge or the area opposite the main grandstand were all filled very early, creating a crowded scene that stretched along the east bank.
The DIFF 2025 final is the most anticipated competition during the more than one month of the festival, with the participation of the host team Vietnam and the Chinese team. This is also the first time Vietnam has entered the final round after many seasons.

According to information from the organizing committee, the number of guests served by accommodation establishments in Da Nang on the final night of DIFF 2025 reached nearly 98,000, an increase of 6.4% over the same period in 2024, witnessing a spectacular growth of international visitors (up to 81%) and domestic visitors increased by 18% over the same period.
According to reports, hotels in coastal areas and the city center are almost fully booked with occupancy rates approaching 100%. Hotels in remote areas are expected to be fully booked with guests arriving on July 12.
Da Nang International Airport is witnessing a bustling passenger flow with the total number of domestic and international flights surpassing the record set in 2024. The airport welcomed 171 flights on July 11, an increase of 14% compared to the average frequency.
