Duy Tan University benchmark: Medicine and dentistry highest

Duy Tan University announced the admission scores for 2025, the highest being for medicine and dentistry at 20.5 points; many other majors range from 15 to 19 points.

On August 22, the Admissions Council of Duy Tan University ( Da Nang ) officially announced the admission scores for the regular university program in 2025 according to many admission methods.

Accordingly, in the 2025 high school graduation exam scoring method, the highest score belongs to the medical and dental majors, both of which are 20.5 points. The pharmaceutical major gets 19 points, nursing and medical testing get 17 points. Notably, the architecture major has a standard score of 20 points, in which the drawing subject score is multiplied by 2. Other majors get from 15 points.

With the method of considering 12th grade transcripts, medicine, dentistry and pharmacy majors get 24 points; nursing, medical testing 19.5 points; architecture 22 points (drawing subject multiplied by 2); the remaining majors get 18 points.

For the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam, the medical, dental, and pharmaceutical majors require 700 points; nursing and medical testing require 650 points; and other majors require 600 points. In the V-SAT exam, the standard scores are 300 points, 250 points, and 225 points, respectively, depending on the major group.

New students will confirm their admission from August 22 to 30, 2025 via the Ministry of Education and Training's Information Portal and Duy Tan University's Admission Portal, then complete the procedures directly at the campus at 254 Nguyen Van Linh (Da Nang). The school said that candidates who have not been admitted this time can register for additional wishes from September 1.
