At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Chairman of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) Prabowo Subianto, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his wife paid a State visit to the Republic of Indonesia from March 9 to 13, 2025.
The relationship between Vietnam and Indonesia, built by President Sukarno and President Ho Chi Minh , is a priceless asset of the two peoples.
The two countries have expanded relations in all fields and became Strategic Partners in 2013.
The two countries are aiming to bring bilateral trade turnover to 18 billion USD by 2028./.
