The Prime Minister attended the inauguration ceremony of the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 LNG power plants.

On the morning of December 14, 2025, in Dai Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the inauguration ceremony of the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 LNG power plants and unveiled the plaque commemorating the project as a tribute to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4 LNG power plants are the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) power projects in Vietnam, with a total investment of approximately US$1.4 billion. Once operating stably, the two plants, with a combined capacity of 1,624 MW, are expected to supply over 9 billion kWh of electricity annually.
