According to the simulated scenario, a fire broke out at the CC1 apartment building at 8:00 AM. Over the course of more than 50 minutes, the drill involved nearly 200 people from various units and 34 specialized vehicles and equipment to deploy firefighting and rescue teams and plans to protect property and help those trapped in the fire escape safely. With a sense of urgency and responsibility from the participating units and forces, the drill was conducted seriously and ensured absolute safety. This was an opportunity to test operational capabilities, while also honing leadership, management, and coordination skills among all levels, sectors, and localities in handling large-scale fires, incidents, and accidents in the province; and further raising awareness among all levels, sectors, and the public about the significance and importance of fire prevention and control in ensuring security and order.

Speaking at the drill, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of all participating forces. This is the third time the province has organized a large-scale fire prevention and rescue drill, mobilizing many forces and resources to handle fire and explosion situations. However, recently, the fire and explosion situation nationwide and in the province has become more complex. Therefore, he requested that the Departments, localities, and the Provincial Police focus on implementing several key tasks, including: improving the advisory work to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in directing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and State policies and laws on fire prevention and control; further strengthening the dissemination and education of laws and knowledge on fire prevention and rescue, and building a movement for all citizens to participate in fire prevention and rescue in conjunction with the movement for all citizens to protect national security; conducting a comprehensive inspection and review of key targets and facilities with high fire and explosion risks; Strengthen the planning and organization of large-scale fire prevention and rescue drills at key facilities, construction sites, and residential areas to train and enhance the combat capabilities of fire prevention and rescue forces; pay attention to allocating reasonable funds to invest in and equip fire prevention and rescue forces with necessary equipment to meet the requirements of the mission in the new situation.
