At the invitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam , led by Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, visited and worked in China from November 5-7.
On November 6th, in Beijing, the delegation held talks with the delegation of the Communist Party of China led by Comrade Li Xi, Standing Committee Member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
During the talks, both sides highly appreciated the positive new developments in the relations between the two parties and the two countries, Vietnam and China, in recent times, especially after the historic visit to China by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong immediately after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu respectfully conveyed the greetings of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping, affirming that this visit by the delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam aims to continue implementing the common understanding of the General Secretaries of the two parties, and is a continuation of the high-level exchanges and contacts between the two parties and two countries in the past.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu emphasized that Vietnam always attaches great importance to and prioritizes the development of relations with China; and is ready to work with the Chinese Party and State to promote the Vietnam-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership into a new stage of development with higher political trust, more substantive defense and security cooperation, deeper substantive cooperation, a more solid social foundation, closer coordination in multilateral forums, and better control and resolution of disagreements based on high-level common understanding and in accordance with international law.
Welcoming Comrade Tran Cam Tu and the delegation to China, Li Xi, Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of China, respectfully conveyed the warm greetings of General Secretary and President Xi Jinping to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
The Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of China expressed his hope that the visit would contribute to realizing the common understanding between the high-level leaders of the two parties and two countries, and promote the continued healthy and stable development of relations between the two parties and two countries in the future.
Comrade Ly Hy highly appreciated and congratulated the Vietnamese people on the important achievements they have made in the cause of renovation and building socialism under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Comrade Li Xi emphasized that the relationship between the two parties is an important foundation for guiding the overall strategy of bilateral relations. The Chinese Party and State are ready to work with the Vietnamese Party and State to promote the traditional friendship between the two parties and two countries to a new level, making cooperation in various fields increasingly effective and substantive.
The two sides also had in-depth discussions on ways to promote relations between the two parties and countries, agreeing to strengthen exchanges and contacts at high levels and at all levels regularly; promote exchanges and cooperation in various fields; continue to share experiences in Party inspection, supervision and discipline, anti-corruption work, institutional reform, inspection and discipline mechanisms, and improve the quality, competence, and prestige of cadres working in Party inspection, supervision, and discipline in both countries.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested that China continue to support and assist Vietnam in training and developing cadres in the field of Party inspection, supervision, and discipline, based on the cooperation plan between the two parties in the new phase.
Prior to this, the delegation of our Party held working sessions with the leaders of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Beijing Municipal Supervision Commission, and held a seminar with the China Academy of Inspection and Supervision, exchanging experiences on inspection, supervision, discipline, and anti-corruption work at the local level, as well as on the methods and content of training cadres in the Party inspection sector.
