Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee appointed: Comrade Le Quang Manh, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai, Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, joined the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee on Science, Technology and Environment for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Dong, Chairman of the Delegation Affairs Committee, participated in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee for the 2025-2030 term; assigned and appointed him to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee.

On behalf of the National Assembly Party Committee, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man presented the decisions; Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh presented flowers to congratulate comrades Le Quang Manh, Nguyen Thanh Hai and Nguyen Huu Dong.

In his congratulatory speech, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man emphasized that on October 25, comrades Le Quang Manh, Nguyen Thanh Hai, and Nguyen Huu Dong were elected by the National Assembly to hold the positions of Secretary General of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, and Chairman of the Committee on Delegation Affairs with very high confidence.

The Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly stated: This is an honor and at the same time a great responsibility for you comrades in the period when we are preparing for the 14th National Party Congress, preparing for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, especially organizing the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

According to comrade Tran Thanh Man: the appointment of 3 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the affiliated Party Committees, and the completion of the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee shows the close attention of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee to the work of organizing cadres, the work of Party building of the affiliated Party Committees, and the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee.

The National Assembly Chairman hopes that comrades, with their extensive experience in the locality and the units they have worked in, will continue to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 1st National Assembly Party Congress and the Action Program of the National Assembly Party Committee to implement the Resolution in order to lead and direct its implementation well at their units. At the same time, the Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Chairman requested that the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office, the Party Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee, the Party Committee of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee, and the National Assembly Party Committee Organization Board be led and directed to effectively implement important tasks.

Accordingly: carefully and thoroughly prepare in all aspects for the 10th Session - the last regular session of the 15th term to be a great success; advise on preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; carefully and thoroughly prepare draft laws and resolutions to be passed at the 10th Session; look forward to the 14th National Party Congress; organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly...

The National Assembly Chairman also requested comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and Secretaries of Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee to further strengthen Party building, political and ideological work, organizational work, inspection work, and internal political protection work.
