Before taking the head coach position, Mr. Huynh Quoc Anh participated in youth training in Da Nang and was invited to Binh Phuoc to be an assistant in the 2024-2025 season. When coach Nguyen Anh Duc left the team, the former 2012 Vietnam Golden Ball was unexpectedly entrusted with leading the first team.
