- On the afternoon of December 12th, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the progress of two transportation projects: the upgrading project of National Highway 4B, section Km18-Km80, and the Huu Nghi Border Gate - Chi Lang expressway project. Accompanying him were Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives from several relevant departments, agencies, and units.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation conducted a field inspection of the National Highway 4B upgrade project, section Km18-Km80.

The National Highway 4B Upgrade Project, section Km18-Km80, and the Huu Nghi Border Gate - Chi Lang Expressway Project are being implemented to strengthen and upgrade transportation infrastructure, promote inter-regional connectivity, and create favorable conditions for socio-economic development. Currently, the implementation of both projects is in its final stages.

Contractors are mobilizing machinery for construction work on the upgrade project of National Highway 4B, section Km18-Km80.

At each location, representatives from the investor and related units provided an overview of the project's progress. They reported on the maximum mobilization of manpower, machinery, and equipment, the full preparation of materials, and the organization of three shifts and four teams for construction. Through these efforts, the units are striving to ensure the completion of all items and the technical opening of the road to traffic by December 19th, as directed by higher authorities.

During the inspection, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that relevant units continue to mobilize maximum resources, equipment, and machinery to accelerate the progress of the projects; continue to implement appropriate and effective construction methods; strengthen coordination to focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles during implementation; and strengthen inspection and supervision of construction units to ensure the progress and quality of the projects.
