Dong Nai calls for investment in 3 social housing projects worth 3,000 billion VND.
The ChC1 and ChC2 social housing projects in Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, along with two social housing apartment projects in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district, are three projects that Dong Nai province has recently announced seeking investors for.
Specifically, according to information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, these three projects currently seeking investment are estimated to have a total investment capital of approximately 2,970 billion VND, providing 3,790 apartments.

Regarding the ChC1 and ChC2 social housing project in Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, it covers an area of over 1.6 hectares and includes two 12-story apartment buildings with nearly 500 apartments, capable of providing housing for approximately 2,000 people.
This project has a total investment of over 722 billion VND (excluding compensation, support, and resettlement costs). The project site is the resettlement area along the National Highway 1 bypass, Vo Nguyen Giap Street. The project has a validity period of 50 years; the construction, completion, and operation period is from now until 2026.
The Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment is also seeking investors for a social housing project on a 3.71-hectare plot of land in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district, with a total investment of over 1,206 billion VND. The project covers approximately 3.7 hectares and will accommodate around 5,960 people. It will consist of apartment blocks with approximately 1,490 units.
Specifically, Zone CC05 comprises 2.4 hectares of land for 9-10 story apartment buildings with a building density of 40% and 0.3 hectares for educational facilities with a building density of 40% and 1-2 story buildings. Zone CC6 comprises 0.4 hectares of land for apartment buildings with a building density of 45% and 5-6 story buildings. Zone CC7 comprises 0.6 hectares of land for apartment buildings with a building density of 45% and 5-6 story buildings.
The project site is currently vacant land with existing infrastructure, managed by the Nhon Trach District Land Development Center.
Accordingly, the implementation schedule will not exceed 30 months from the date the investor is selected. Completion of procedures will take place from months 1-6. Site leveling and construction of internal transportation systems will take place from months 7-13. Construction of the first two apartment blocks according to the plan will commence from months 14-18. Construction of the next two to three apartment blocks will commence from months 19-24. Construction of the remaining apartment blocks will commence from months 24-30.
Another social housing project in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district, is also seeking interested investors. Spanning over 2.1 hectares, it includes blocks of 9-12 story buildings, with a population capacity of 2,800 people. The total investment is over 1,000 billion VND (this is a cleared land area requiring no compensation or resettlement). This housing complex will have approximately 1,800 apartments ranging in size from 25-70 m2 each, intended for sale or rent.
The project implementation schedule is 30 months from the date of selecting the winning bidder. The operating period is 50 years from the date of granting investment approval.
The People's Committee of Dong Nai province has just issued a decision approving the expressions of interest for these projects and assigned the Department of Planning and Investment as the inviting party, responsible for posting information and receiving expressions of interest; and presiding over the review, evaluation, and approval of the results of the expressions of interest.
