In addition to the main venue at the Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy, the opening session of the Congress was broadcast to four other locations: the Party Committee of Saigon Ward; the Party Committee of Di An Ward; the Party Committee of Tan Phuoc Ward; and the Party Committee of the Con Dao Special Zone, in order to record the opinions of the people at the Party branches. EVNHCMC provided safe, stable, reliable, and continuous electricity supply to serve the Congress and related events throughout the duration of the event.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center was assigned by EVNHCMC to be the overall commander in charge of operating, monitoring, and managing the power system during the Congress. This unit coordinated power appropriately to avoid overloading key areas. It also closely coordinated with the High Voltage Grid Company and regional power companies to ensure priority power supply.
The Ho Chi Minh City High Voltage Grid Company has also reviewed and inspected the operational status of substations under its management to ensure stable, continuous, and safe electricity supply for the entire city, especially important substations (Binh Loi, Thanh Da, Tao Dan, Xa Lo, An Khanh, Thi Nghe, Da Kao, Tan Son Nhat, etc.). They have deployed and redeployed operational personnel according to specific schedules to ensure stable and safe electricity supply throughout the event, while also being ready to respond promptly to any unforeseen situations.
Gia Dinh Power Company has developed a plan to ensure a safe, stable, and continuous power supply for the Congress, meeting technical requirements throughout the event. In addition, Gia Dinh Power Company has also ensured a stable power supply for the series of events and programs serving key areas, as well as the celebratory activities for the Congress.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam, Deputy Director of Technical Department of Gia Dinh Power Company, said that the unit had reviewed and upgraded the power grid system and electrical equipment in the area where the Congress celebration was taking place, coordinating with local authorities to ensure the safety of the power grid corridor. Strict duty rosters were maintained, ensuring smooth communication systems, and sufficient supplies, fuel, and backup generators were readily available, along with vehicles and personnel to quickly handle any incidents that might occur during the Congress.
“Gia Dinh Power Company has deployed a team of technicians and workers to be on duty 24/7. The on-call teams constantly monitor the scene, ready to handle incidents promptly under all conditions, including adverse weather. The overnight shifts of Gia Dinh's electricians are not only a prime example, but also a testament to the dedication and professional pride of the collective of those who ‘keep the light of hope’ for the city,” Mr. Tam said.
In addition, member power companies are always ready to mobilize personnel, materials, and equipment to provide support when needed to ensure a safe, stable, and continuous power supply to the venues serving the Congress throughout the duration of the event.
