Fubon Life Vietnam launches CIR01 insurance product - financial shield for the whole family against 100 critical illnesses

Understanding the reality of the increasing number of serious illness cases, along with the burden of treatment costs for the patient and his/her family, Fubon Life Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“Fubon Life Vietnam”) officially introduces a companion insurance product that increases compensation benefits in case the insured person suffers from a serious illness: Critical Illness Support Insurance (CIR01) - a solid financial solution, accompanying the whole family to overcome serious health risks.

Built from a deep understanding of the desire and increasing need for financial protection of Vietnamese people against the risk of serious illness that can strike at any time, CIR01 inherits the philosophy of "Protection from the root - Peace of mind to live healthy" that Fubon Life Vietnam steadfastly pursues. - To illustrate the product, in the case of a 32-year-old male customer who decides to participate in the "Phuc bao bo tro benh thien" insurance product for himself and his 6-year-old son with an insurance amount of 200,000,000 VND/person, the insurance term is 10 years. The annual insurance premium for both father and son is: 1,900,000 VND. When the customer is 35 years old, he is diagnosed with a pituitary tumor and is operated on by a doctor. The customer receives the early stage critical illness insurance benefit of 50% of the insurance amount, which is 100,000,000 VND. When he is 40 years old, the customer is diagnosed with lung cancer. The customer receives benefits including the late stage critical illness insurance benefit and the cancer increased insurance benefit of 300,000,000 VND. The total critical illness benefit the customer receives is 400,000,000 VND.

- The customer's 7-year-old son suffered a small, deep burn. The customer received an early stage critical illness insurance benefit of 50% of the insurance amount, or 100,000,000 VND. The total benefit the customer received for both himself and his son was 500,000,000 VND.

- With a cost of 5,202 VND/day, customers have created an additional shield to protect their family's finances against the risk of unforeseen critical illnesses.
