"For Children's Smiles 2023" is a special art event bringing together nearly 150 volunteer artists from Ho Chi Minh City to raise funds and share love with 800 underprivileged children in Bac Ai District, Ninh Thuan Province. The music night will take place on the evening of July 13th at Khang Media Film Studio, 5b Pham Ngu Lao Street, Ward 3, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.

MC Quynh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural Center and team leader of the Ho Chi Minh City Artists Volunteer Team, said that in addition to the humanitarian significance of the music night, the program also marks the 2nd anniversary of the team's establishment. The Ho Chi Minh City Artists Volunteer Team was founded right when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in 2021. To date, the team has nearly 150 members.
On July 13th, to celebrate its 2nd anniversary, the team members decided to organize the "For Children's Smiles 2023" art program to raise funds to help 800 underprivileged children in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province. The program is elaborately staged with over 20 performances, directed by Hoa Yen and Ngoc Duyen.
The concert featured many artists: Cam Van, Khac Trieu, Cam Ly, Quoc Dai, Nguyen Phi Hung, Ngoc Linh, Le Minh (MTV group), Kyo York, Van Mai Huong, Meritorious Artist Trinh Kim Chi, MC Quynh Hoa, Designer Viet Hung, MC Nguyen Khang, actor Hai Trieu, H'Hen Nie...

According to the plan, the "For Children's Smiles" art program in 2023 will raise 500 million VND to carry out charitable activities after the concert.
MC Quynh Hoa said that after the music night, the donated money will be used for activities such as: installing 34 solar-powered streetlights, repairing 2 dilapidated toilets (in schools), giving 800 gifts to disadvantaged students, and organizing art performances for the people of Bac Ai district.
The art program is free of charge; tickets will be given away to audience members who contribute (audience members who donate 500,000 VND will receive an invitation). The concert is expected to have 500-600 seats for the audience.
