Meeting with former leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province through the periods

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, on January 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized a meeting with former leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through the periods. Attending the meeting were comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee informed about the province's socio-economic development achievements and the outstanding results of the Provincial Front in 2023. In particular, the highlight of the Provincial Front's work is to participate in propaganda and support the successful organization of the Provincial Bani Muslim Council Congress, term 2023-2028; strongly apply information technology and digital transformation in propaganda work and activities of the Front; innovate the work of mobilizing and receiving support from individuals, organizations, units and enterprises inside and outside the province to support the "For the Poor" Fund. At the same time, build and implement the Housing Support Project for poor and near-poor households in the period of 2023-2025, with the goal of ensuring that 1,243 poor and near-poor households have stable housing. Also at the meeting, former leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through the periods expressed their excitement at the clear changes of the province and the Front's work in recent times; analyzed, evaluated and contributed comments to the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024-2029.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee appreciated the contributions of the former leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through the periods and the Advisory Council; thanked, accepted the opinions and hoped that the former leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through the periods, with their attention and extensive experience, would continue to accompany and contribute to the development of the Front's work. On the basis of the contributions of the generation of Front leaders, it will create an important premise for those working in the Front to innovate in the content and methods of operation, continue the tradition of solidarity, unity, and unanimity, and meet the expectations of the government and the people. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, he wished the former leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through the periods and the members of the Advisory Council a joyful, happy, peaceful and prosperous New Year.
