For 5 consecutive years, GELEX has been ranked among the Top 50 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam. On October 24, 2024, Vietnam Assessment Report Joint Stock Company announced and honored GELEX as one of the Top 50 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam. This is the fifth consecutive year GELEX has been included in this ranking, demonstrating the company's stable and sustainable business performance. Over the past period, amidst ongoing fluctuations, GELEX has proactively adapted, demonstrated flexibility and creativity, and implemented numerous response solutions. At the end of 2023, GELEX's consolidated total assets were VND 55,076 billion; consolidated revenue reached VND 29,998 billion; and consolidated pre-tax profit was estimated at VND 1,398 billion. In the first 10 months of 2024, GELEX achieved impressive business results with consolidated net revenue reaching VND 26,668 billion, equivalent to 83% of the full-year revenue target. Consolidated pre-tax profit reached VND 2,558 billion, equivalent to 130% of the plan.

GELEX's electrical equipment segment is experiencing steady growth.

Besides its business growth goals, GELEX is promoting a strategy of developing a partner ecosystem with leading multinational corporations; developing organizational and management capabilities, with corporate culture as the foundation; investing appropriately in human resources and R&D activities; implementing extensive digital transformation throughout the Group, alongside the formation of a risk management framework to ensure a stable and sustainable operating system. GELEX is among the TOP 50 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam in 2023 and 2024, as announced by Brand Finance, and is one of the top 10 brands achieving the highest brand value growth rate in 2024, with a growth rate of up to 55%.

Over the past five years, GELEX has experienced strong growth. Its scale has also expanded significantly, becoming one of the top 30 companies with the highest revenue on the stock exchange. Recently, VIS Rating – a credit rating agency based on Moody's standards – announced a long-term issuer credit rating of A with a "stable" outlook for GELEX. In its report, VIS Rating stated: "We highly appreciate their business and investment activities spanning across Vietnam in various sectors. The company also has a history of successfully implementing business plans and consistently exceeding annual profit targets. CADIVI is one of the few businesses to have been honored nine times in nine National Brand Awards ceremonies.
