For commercial jackfruit, the price also fluctuates from 35,000 - 40,000 VND/kg (depending on the type), giving gardeners a profit of more than 20,000 VND/kg. As for durian, because it is out of season and scarce, the price is also over 100,000 VND/kg.

In Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces, coconut growers are also very happy and coconut output is very attractive after many months of sluggish sales.

Currently, the price of raw dry coconut is from 110,000 - 120,000 VND/dozen (12 fruits), an increase of 30,000 - 40,000 VND/dozen compared to last month and double compared to the same period last year. With the current price, each year 1 hectare of coconut brings in an income of nearly 20 million VND.
