Runners and their relatives coming to Hue to attend VnExpress Marthon by train managed by Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company will receive a 15% discount on ticket prices.
The promotion applies to all stations on the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City railway line, to Hue and vice versa. The promotion applies to runners who buy train tickets from April 15 to April 21. Runners can register for train tickets with the promotion of the organizers here.

According to the organizers after three seasons of the VnExpress Marathon Hue, a considerable number of runners have chosen the train as their mode of transportation. This is especially true for families and running groups from the North and neighboring provinces. Runner Nguyen Nam Phuong (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi), who has participated in the race many times, said he really enjoys traveling by train from Hanoi to Hue because his family has young children, it's convenient, and fits their budget.
"The travel time is flexible, especially for office workers because they just need to get on the train at night, sleep, and arrive in Hue the next morning," the male runner shared.
Besides the fixed North-South route, the Vietnam Railways Corporation recently launched two trains, numbered HD1/2 and HD3/4, between Hue and Da Nang, under the name "Connecting Central Vietnam's Heritage." Along the way, the train will stop at Lang Co Station for 10 minutes to allow passengers to admire the beauty and take photos at Lang Co Bay – one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
During the opening month, Vietnam Railways Corporation applied a preferential ticket price of 150,000 VND/ticket; monthly ticket price of 900,000 VND/ticket, and a discount of 10% - 50% for passengers who are policy beneficiaries. After arriving in Hue to attend the VnExpress Marathon, visitors can choose to travel by train to combine their trip to Da Nang.
VnExpress Marathon Hue 2024 kicks off on April 21, with an expected participation of 8,000 athletes. From April, Hue will enter the Summer Festival with the theme "Shining Imperial City". This festival is part of the Four Seasons Festival 2024. Coming to the ancient capital on this occasion, visitors will be able to participate in many activities honoring the culture, land, and people.
