On October 20, cold air affected some places in the North Central region. At Bach Long Vy station, there was strong northeast wind at level 6, gusting to level 8-9.

Forecast: Today, October 21, this cold air mass will continue to affect other places in the North Central region. Northeast wind inland is strong at level 2-3; coastal areas at level 4-5, gusting to level 6.

On land: Today (October 21), the weather will turn cold. During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North Central region is generally between 19 - 22 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas, some places are below 19 degrees Celsius.

At sea: in the Gulf of Tonkin and the sea area of the North Central region, there will be strong Northeast wind level 6, especially in the Northeast sea area on October 21, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough sea; waves 2.0-3.0m high.

From October 21, the northern area of the North East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 9, rough seas, and waves 2.0-4.0m high.
