Regarding growth structure, the industrial - construction sector is estimated to increase by 12.73%, the agricultural - forestry - fishery sector is estimated to decrease by 1.29%, the service sector is estimated to increase by 8.02% and product tax minus product subsidies is estimated to increase by 6.49%.

Specifically, in the industrial - construction sector, the industry achieved an estimated growth rate of 15.22%, which is the main driving force in economic growth. In particular, key industries such as: energy production, fiber production, packpin, cellpin, automobile production, mining... recorded a good growth rate, contributing greatly to the overall growth. The construction sector alone is estimated to increase by 4.6% thanks to large-scale works and projects being focused on accelerating construction progress.

VinFast Electric Car Factory is an important factor in bringing the province's growth to 8.78%.

The bustling trade, service and tourism activities have also contributed significantly to the overall growth of Ha Tinh. In 2025, the total retail sales of goods are estimated to reach nearly VND 80,500 billion, an increase of 15% compared to 2024; revenue from accommodation, food and beverage and travel services is estimated to reach VND 9,760 billion, an increase of 14% compared to 2024. Other services such as transportation, warehousing, banking and finance, real estate, etc. maintain a positive growth momentum.

On the contrary, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector suffered heavy losses due to natural disasters, causing the value of the sector to decrease by 1.29%. However, this sector accounts for a small proportion of the economic structure, so it does not have a large impact on the overall growth of the province.

Construction works and projects are accelerated, contributing to the growth of the construction sector.

In 2025, Ha Tinh was assigned by the Government a GRDP target of 8.7%. In the context of many difficult factors, especially the impact of natural disasters, achieving and exceeding this target demonstrates the great efforts of the entire political system. All levels, sectors, localities and the business community have proactively overcome difficulties, boosted production and business in all fields, drastically accelerated the progress of ongoing investment projects and accelerated the disbursement of public investment capital.

With the achieved results, this will be an important foundation for Ha Tinh to strive to achieve the double-digit growth target in the following years.
