Determining that the streamlining of the political system apparatus to be lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient is a particularly important political task , therefore, Party committees, Party organizations, levels, sectors and localities in the province have been proactive and determined in performing assigned tasks in the spirit of "running while lining up", "the provincial level does not wait for the district level, the district level does not wait for the grassroots level". The process of streamlining the apparatus is carried out in accordance with the principles, ensuring comprehensiveness, synchronization and connectivity; harmoniously combining inheritance, stability with innovation and development. On the first working day of the new year of At Ty 2025, Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee announced the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; ending the activities of Party delegations, Provincial Party Committees , and Provincial Party Committees of Agencies - Enterprises . At the same time, the Party Committees of Provincial Party Committees and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee were established. Also in the first quarter of 2025 , Ha Giang province will continue to arrange and reduce the number of specialized departments under the Provincial People's Committee from 19 departments to 14 departments.
