Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy emphasized that in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Party committees at all levels, and the Inspection Committees at all levels, especially the heads of Party committees, need to continue leading and directing the dissemination and implementation of documents on Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement. This includes focusing on implementing the guidelines of the Central Inspection Committee to serve the Party congresses at all levels and preparing personnel for the Inspection Committees for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The comrade requested the development of a comprehensive, focused, and targeted work program and inspection and supervision plan for the 2025-2030 term. Inspection and supervision work needs to be reformed, proactive, and decisive, ensuring it serves political tasks and Party building.

Inspection and supervision activities should focus on thoroughly understanding and implementing the Central Committee's documents related to the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, attention should be paid to monitoring sensitive areas and those of public concern such as land management, investment in construction, environment, personnel work, and asset and income declarations. The quality of thematic and regular supervision should be improved, and the situation of Party organizations and members should be promptly grasped, especially in areas showing signs of disunity or where there are complaints related to personnel matters of the Party Congress.

The comrade emphasized the importance of urging the implementation of conclusions and recommendations following inspections and supervision, ensuring improved efficiency and effectiveness of the work. Party Discipline Inspection Committees at all levels need to promptly detect signs of violations by Party organizations and members, including Party committee members at the same level and cadres under the management of the Party committee. During inspections, conclusions must clearly state right and wrong, identify the causes of violations, and help the subjects recognize their shortcomings, rectify mistakes, and correct errors.

The enforcement of Party discipline must be rigorous, transparent, fair, and just, ensuring impartiality, understanding, and compliance with Party regulations and State laws. The handling of complaints, citizen engagement, and denunciations must also adhere to proper authority and regulations.

The comrade requested increased dissemination of the results of inspection and supervision work, and the announcement of inspection and disciplinary results to prevent and deter violations, thereby strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels need to review and streamline the organization of the Party Inspection Committee, and build a team of cadres that meet the standards and requirements of the tasks. The rotation of cadres within the Party Inspection sector must be carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring that the personnel of the Party Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term are fully prepared with the necessary conditions and standards.
