Ha Tinh approves investment policy for golf course project worth nearly 1,800 billion VND

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued Decision 62/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and approving the investor to implement the 36-hole sports golf course project at the Southwest Sports Area, Thach Ha district.

According to the Decision, the project covers an area of about 180 hectares, located in Thach Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province. The golf course consists of 36 holes, along with ancillary facilities such as service areas, accommodation areas, management and operation facilities and items serving golfers.

The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of land allocation and land lease. The investor must complete the entire project and put it into operation within 27 months after the decision on land allocation and land lease and completion of land procedures.

Of the total expected investment capital of VND 1,798.56 billion (one thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight billion, five hundred and sixty million VND), of which: the enterprise's equity capital accounts for 15%, equivalent to VND 269.784 billion; the rest is legally mobilized capital.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province requires investors to prioritize the application of green technology and energy saving; strictly comply with regulations on investment, construction, environment, forestry, water resources, fire prevention and fighting and specialized regulations related to golf courses.

The project implementation will create a new, high-class tourism product, adding to the destination ecosystem of Ha Tinh. The large-scale golf course will attract sports tourists, high-end vacationers, extend the length of stay of tourists and create conditions for local people to develop services, create jobs, and contribute to the socio -economic development of the province in the coming time.

The project aims to develop a high-quality sports and tourism model, diversify entertainment products, improve community health and create a highlight to attract tourists to Ha Tinh. In addition, the project is expected to promote economic restructuring towards increasing the proportion of services, effectively exploiting land funds, creating jobs and increasing budget revenue.
