Squadron 11 (Coast Guard Region 1) gives gifts and encourages fishermen at storm shelter area No. 3

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 3, on July 22, immediately after the storm passed, Squadron 11 (Coast Guard Region 1) organized working groups to visit, encourage, propagate and mobilize fishermen at the storm shelter in Bai Tu Long Bay, Quang Ninh province.

At the storm shelters, officers and soldiers of the 11th Naval Division visited the fishermen's health and living conditions, and gave them gifts including necessities, national flags, and life jackets to share their difficulties and help them feel secure in taking shelter from the storm. At the same time, officers and soldiers of the unit disseminated and popularized the regulations and recommendations of the authorities on maritime safety, natural disaster prevention and control, and absolutely did not go out to sea to fish when the storm circulation was still complicated.
