Hai Duong should establish a "Club of Excellent Farmers in Production and Business" as soon as possible.

On July 30th, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, led by Ms. Bui Thi Thom, Vice President of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, visited and worked in Hai Duong province .

Concluding the working session, Ms. Bui Thi Thom, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, acknowledged the positive results achieved by the Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Association over the past seven months. Hai Duong has many exemplary models worth replicating in other localities, such as the establishment of Farmers' Support Funds at all levels, environmental protection, and sports and physical education.

To further improve professional work in the remaining months of the year, Ms. Bui Thi Thom, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, suggested that the Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Association base its plans and projects on resolutions and decisions in the field of agriculture and rural development to ensure suitability. She emphasized the importance of building the association, focusing on the activities of branch associations, professional farmers' groups, and clubs. She also stressed that the existing cooperative groups should be upgraded to clubs for more systematic and professional operation.

The comrade suggested that the Farmers' Association at all levels in Hai Duong province effectively organize farmers' emulation movements, especially the "Excellent Farmers in Production and Business" movement and the "Development of Collective Economy in Agriculture" movement. Hai Duong needs to quickly establish a "Club of Excellent Farmers in Production and Business" to gather and attract a large number of experienced and capital-rich individuals into production and business. From there, specialized agencies can provide support mechanisms and guidance in building exemplary models. Also, from this model, excellent farmers can provide more support and assistance to those in need.

Annual reviews and summaries of these models are necessary to draw lessons and replicate suitable models for other localities to follow.

The Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Association, especially the Vocational Training and Farmers' Support Center, needs to find solutions to overcome difficulties and ensure income for its staff.

The delegation visited a model farm raising mud crabs, freshwater crabs, and other crustaceans in An Thanh commune (Tu Ky district).

Earlier that morning, the delegation visited two agricultural production models in Tan Ky and An Thanh communes (Tu Ky district).

From the beginning of the year until now, the Farmers' Association at all levels in Hai Duong province has continued to effectively maintain the operation of 117 models of "Association branches participating in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers," 71 self-governing models on security and order, and 158 "Farmers and the Law" clubs. They have also organized the supply of 1,381 tons of deferred payment fertilizer, 1,141 tons of animal feed, 12.44 tons of pesticides, 13,388 seedlings of various types, and connected and supported the consumption of 247.9 tons of agricultural products for farmers...
