Hai Duong will organize the first online exam on administrative reform.

The provincial administrative reform inspection team inspected the administrative reform work of Gia Khanh commune (Gia Loc).

This is the first year Hai Duong province has organized an online contest to promote administrative reform.

​​​​Contestants are cadres, civil servants and public employees under the management of departments, branches and sectors; District People's Committees and cadres and civil servants at Commune People's Committees.

The exam content includes: Learning about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, documents of ministries, central branches and the province on state administrative reform for the period 2021 - 2030; related projects and documents of ministries, central branches and the province on administrative reform.

The contest is organized in the form of an online test on the internet. The banner and QR code to participate in the contest are integrated into the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the Electronic Information Pages of agencies, units, and People's Committees at district and commune levels.

Each test consists of 21 questions, including 20 multiple choice questions and 1 prediction question for the number of participants who correctly predict all 20 multiple choice questions. The test time is 20 minutes.

The organizing committee awarded first, second, third, and consolation prizes to individuals. Collective prizes were awarded according to the two blocks of departments, boards, and districts.

The contest aims to disseminate and propagate to raise awareness among cadres, civil servants and public employees about the meaning and importance of the Party's guidelines, the State's legal policies and the province's directive documents on administrative reform; promote the dynamism and creativity of cadres, civil servants and public employees in advising and organizing the implementation of administrative reform tasks, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks of agencies, units and localities...

In 2023, Hai Duong province ranked 22nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in administrative reform, up 25 places compared to 2022.
