SeABank Vice President and her daughter "transferred" 4 million SSB shares

Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has just announced the stock transactions of insiders and people related to insiders of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank , HoSE: SSB).

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga - Permanent Vice Chairwoman of SeABank's Board of Directors has registered to buy 2 million SSB shares with the aim of increasing her ownership ratio at SeABank.

The above transaction is carried out by negotiation and/or order matching method. The execution period is from November 17, 2023 to December 15, 2023.

Before the transaction, Ms. Nga was holding 86.72 million SSB shares, equivalent to 3.535% of the total outstanding voting shares of SeABank. If the transaction is successful, Ms. Nga will increase her ownership ratio to 3.616%, equivalent to nearly 88.73 million SSB shares.

On the same day, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - son of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga also registered to sell 2 million SSB shares to restructure his personal finances.

Before the transaction, Mr. Tuan Anh was holding nearly 57.8 million SSB shares, equivalent to 2.355% of the total number of voting shares at the bank. If the transaction goes smoothly, Ms. Nga's son will reduce his ownership ratio at SeABank to 51.85 million shares, equivalent to 2.113%.

On the stock market, at the end of the trading session on November 15, SSB shares increased by 1.51%, stopping at 23,500 VND/share, with trading liquidity of nearly 1.5 million units. Temporarily calculating at this price, the total value of buying and selling shares of the above 2 individuals is about 470 billion VND.
