5 projects registered with the central government include: Infrastructure investment project connecting stations on the route and station square of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project at the entrance to Nam Hai Duong station , in the area of ​​Gia Loc and Yet Kieu communes; 7 buildings from CT1 to CT8 of the Trang Due urban - commercial service and worker housing social housing project in An Duong ward; investment project to build the intersection between Bui Vien street and Le Hong Phong street in Hai An ward; investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien industrial park in Cam Giang commune; investment project to build a mixed-use project at lot I.14/CTHH-01 in the new urban area of ​​Bac Song Cam in Thuy Nguyen ward.

In addition, there are 8 works and projects registered to start construction and be inaugurated by the City People's Committee at the same time as the central program on December 19, including: Investment project to build a logistics service center, petroleum and cargo port, petroleum depot, commercial service area in Nguyen Dai Nang ward; emergency, technical, paraclinical, examination, administrative, technical, and inpatient buildings of Hai Duong General Hospital; construction of a traffic intersection between Bui Vien street and Vo Nguyen Giap street in An Bien and Le Chan wards; construction and business of infrastructure of Nomura - Hai Phong Industrial Park (phase 2) in Hong An ward; construction of An Tho industrial clusters in An Hung commune, An Phu industrial cluster in Tran Lieu ward and Kinh Mon ward, Dung Tien - Giang Bien industrial cluster in Vinh Thuan commune and construction of a residential area in alley 226 Le Lai in Ngo Quyen ward.
