Vietnam Airlines, the national airline, announced that it is launching a "Welcome Autumn" program offering discounts of 15-30% on airfares across its entire domestic and international network, for groups of 4-6 people or more, contributing to stimulating tourism in the final months of 2023.

The program applies to customers who buy tickets from July 10 to 20, with departure times from August 16 to December 31. Specifically, on domestic flights, passengers who buy standard economy, economy saver, and economy super saver tickets will receive a discount of up to 25% on ticket prices for groups of 4 or more and 30% on ticket prices for groups of 6 or more.

On international routes to Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States, passengers purchasing standard economy or economy saver tickets receive a 15% discount on fares for groups of 4 or more, and a 20% discount for groups of 6 or more.

According to Vietnam Airlines statistics, the domestic aviation market in the first 6 months of this year recorded a growth rate of 7% compared to the same period in 2019. Meanwhile, the international market has not fully recovered and has only reached more than 80% compared to the same period in 2019. To meet the increasing domestic travel demand during the peak summer season, the airline has proactively coordinated aircraft resources, increased many domestic flights, ensured abundant seat supply, and many attractive prices for passengers.

Previously, Bamboo Airways also implemented a promotional ticket sale program for 3 days from July 12 to 14 for domestic flights with prices starting from only VND99,000, VND169,000, VND199,000/ticket. The flight period is from August 16 to December 31. The promotional ticket prices are applied to most domestic flights (except flights to/from Con Dao).

Preparing to enter the peak season at the end of the year, Vietjet also announced the opening of a series of new direct flights with many attractive incentive programs. Most recently, the first flight marking the opening of Vietjet's direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Haneda Airport (Tokyo, Japan) took off yesterday (July 15). With 7 round-trip Vietjet flights per week, customers can easily travel between Ho Chi Minh City and Japan's largest airport and one of the top in Asia.

In addition, from now until December 31st, Vietjet is also offering customers the chance to hunt for flights to Tokyo, Japan, and other international routes every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with fares starting from 0 VND, with flexible travel dates from August 10th to March 31st, 2024.
