Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Head of the Co May Dormitory Management Board, shared: “This year, the dormitory planned to accommodate 100 students. However, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh, wife of Mr. Pham Van Ben, the owner of the Co May private enterprise and founder of the dormitory, noticed that many students have special circumstances such as being orphans, having sick parents, selling lottery tickets, collecting scrap metal, etc. In addition, students from Thua Thien Hue and Quang Tri provinces, whose families suffered heavy losses due to storms and floods, decided to increase the number to 116 students.”
Students residing in the Co May dormitory receive tuition fee support each semester and weekly meal allowances. Furthermore, students are supported in learning foreign languages and computer skills to meet the university's graduation requirements. While residing in the dormitory, students also have the opportunity to study and develop soft skills and physical fitness.

My mother, grandmother, and sisters are at home battling the floods.” Khanh added that he feels fortunate and happy to be enrolled in the Co May Dormitory. He will no longer have to worry about tuition fees or transportation costs. The Co May Dormitory scholarship has helped him continue pursuing his dream of attending university.
When asked about his financial concerns, Nguyen Van Thanh, a second-year student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, said: "Tuition fees are the biggest burden on my mother's shoulders. Therefore, I feel truly happy and grateful to receive timely support from the Co May Dormitory. It's a great motivation for me to fulfill my dream."
