At the end of the memorial ceremony at the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Relic Site, the delegation marched to the historical site - the place where the Political Academy was founded in Phuong Tien commune, to hold an incense offering ceremony to commemorate generations of cadres, lecturers and students of the Academy through the ages.

Nearly 74 years ago, the Academy of Politics was established and organized the first courses in Na Lang hamlet, Phuong Tien commune, Thai Nguyen province. From the early difficult days, the Academy has always received the protection, shelter and enthusiastic help of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Phuong Tien commune. The great spiritual strength has helped the Academy overcome countless difficulties, successfully complete its tasks, and become the leading center for training and fostering political cadres and researching social sciences and humanities of the Army and the country.

Within the framework of the program, the working group of System 3 visited and gave gifts to policy families, war invalids, sick soldiers and poor households in Phuong Tien commune, contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging families to improve their lives.
