Taking place over 7 days and 6 nights (from December 16 to December 22, 2024), the fair with 40 booths attracted 20 enterprises, cooperatives, OCOP entities, and creative start-up individual business households from communes and towns in the district to participate in displaying and promoting products.
In addition, there are 40 booths displaying OCOP products from neighboring districts such as Que Son, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh, Tien Phuoc... and commercial booths of 25 enterprises outside the province.
In addition to product display and promotion activities, the market also has cultural and artistic performances and culinary programs, introducing traditional specialties and culinary culture of the people of 3 highland communes of Hiep Duc district.
Mr. Hoang Van Hung - Vice Chairman of Hiep Duc District People's Committee said: "The market is an opportunity for ethnic minority people to change their way of thinking and doing things, promote business start-ups, develop the economy towards goods in ethnic minority communities, thereby boldly doing business, developing the economy, gradually reducing poverty sustainably".
On this occasion, Hiep Duc district organized an award ceremony for enterprises, cooperatives, and OCOP entities that won prizes in the Typical Rural Industrial Products Contest and the Hiep Duc District Creative Startup Contest in 2024.
