(DN) - According to the Provincial Youth Union, in addition to supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures at the commune-level public administrative service center, during their volunteer time in Loc Thanh commune, members of the province's Green Summer volunteer team coordinated to support people in carrying out online public services at home.

Specifically, the team guided 40 people through a number of administrative procedures: birth registration, confirmation of marital status, household registration extract, registration for document certification, updating health insurance information, etc. Thereby, helping people understand the benefits of online public services - helping to save time, costs, reduce hassle and increase transparency in handling administrative procedures.
