Complete high-speed railway standards and regulations in October

The Government Office has just announced the conclusion of the Government Standing Committee at the meeting on technical standards and regulations in the railway sector.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Government assigned the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Science and Technology, and other relevant agencies and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to select the most optimal, safe, and effective technology based on the Politburo's directives, the National Assembly's resolutions, the Government's resolutions, international experience, and the actual conditions of Vietnam; to develop, appraise, and publish standards and regulations for high-speed railways and the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line in accordance with the correct procedures, authority, and regulations, to be completed in October.

Based on that, consider selecting investment methods and investors in accordance with the correct procedures, authority, and legal regulations in October; report to the Prime Minister on matters exceeding the authority.
