Complete high-speed railway standards and regulations in October

The Government Office has just announced the conclusion of the Government Standing Committee at the meeting on technical standards and regulations in the railway sector.

Accordingly, the Government Standing Committee assigned the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Science and Technology, relevant agencies and units according to their assigned functions and tasks, based on the direction of the Politburo, the Resolution of the National Assembly, the Government, international experience, and the actual conditions of Vietnam, to select the most optimal, safe, and effective technology; develop, appraise, and promulgate standards and regulations for high-speed railways and Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railways in accordance with the correct processes, procedures, authorities, and regulations, to be completed in October.

On that basis, consider choosing investment methods and investors in accordance with the correct processes, procedures, authority and legal regulations in October; report to the Prime Minister on matters beyond authority.
