The Hue City Civil Defense Command said that in the afternoon and night of November 2, the water level of the Huong River at Kim Long and the Bo River at Phu Oc is forecast to gradually increase to near alert level 3. The water level of the Truoi River, O Lau River and other rivers is at a high level, posing a risk of flooding, flash floods, landslides and mudslides.
