In the top 10 with Hoi An are the following destinations: Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Hanoi, Vung Tau, Phu Quoc, Ha Long, Quy Nhon.
According to Booking.com's report, Hoi An is one of the five domestic destinations favored by couples, along with Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat and Nha Trang.
Meanwhile, the top 10 international destinations most searched by Vietnamese tourists this summer include: Bangkok, Singapore, Tokyo, Paris, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Melbourne.
Booking.com's survey results also show that in the summer of 2024, Vietnamese tourists tend to travel to explore and recharge their batteries, with 57% of respondents wanting to return to nature, 48% choosing to experience local culture, 45% choosing beach tourism and 36% traveling to cities.
