Dong Nai Province Red Cross Society presented 500 gifts to support people in disaster areas

DNO - Through the Red Cross Society of Da Nang city, on November 16, the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province organized the presentation of 500 gifts to people in Tra Giap and Tra Tan communes affected by storm No. 12.

The delegation presented 200 gifts to people in Tra Giap commune and 300 gifts to people in Tra Tan commune; each gift worth 1 million VND, including 800,000 VND in cash and necessities.

The entire fund was mobilized by the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross from the following units: Dong Nai University, Dong Nai Provincial Tax, Dong Nai Provincial Post Office and Long Thanh Social Charity Red Cross Branch.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, the representative of the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province shared the damage and loss of the people of the two localities; believed that the people would soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after the natural disaster.
