Association of Literature and Arts: Deploying tasks for 2025

On the afternoon of January 16th, the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts held a conference to summarize the achievements of 2024 and plan for the tasks of 2025.

The Ninh Thuan Provincial Association of Literature and Arts currently has 245 members, organized into 9 specialized branches: Literature, Photography, Fine Arts, Music, Theater-Film, Dance, Architecture, Folk Arts, and Literature and Arts of Ethnic Minorities. In 2024, the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts intensified its efforts to study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, while simultaneously improving the quality of literary and artistic works to serve local political objectives. Members participated in field trips for creative work and attended creative camps in Nha Trang, resulting in numerous literary, photographic, theatrical, and fine arts works. Many members won regional and national awards in music, fine arts, photography, theater, and dance. The Ninh Thuan Literature and Arts Magazine is maintained with a monthly publication, ensuring diverse ideological and artistic content reflecting various aspects of socio-economic development, national defense, and security.

The Provincial Union of Literature and Arts awarded certificates of commendation to collectives that successfully completed their tasks in 2024.

In 2025, the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts will continue to thoroughly implement the resolutions, policies, and guidelines of the Party on culture and arts; closely follow the program and plan of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Party's Directives and Resolutions; implement Resolution 23-NQ/TW on continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new situation. It will continue to implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style for all cadres and members. It will create conditions to support members in writing, researching, publishing, discovering, and nurturing literary and artistic talents, improving writing skills and the quality of creative works of the literary and artistic community...

Authorized by the Prime Minister, the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to writer Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa; the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives for successfully completing their tasks in 2024 and presented decisions to admit 8 new members.
