
According to the report, the main route clearance work reached 93.87%, equivalent to 23,809/25,364 km . Many localities have completed the handover of rice fields and residential land, basically meeting the set schedule. However, some communes such as Khanh Nhac, Khanh Hoi, Khanh Trung, Khanh Thien still have residential land areas that have not been handed over. At these locations, the local authorities are continuing to dialogue with households that still have petitions ; at the same time , committed to completing it in December 2025.


Local representatives also highlighted difficulties related to the approval of compensation plans, the supply of materials, and the process of relocating the property of affected households.
For resettlement projects and technical infrastructure serving construction, the investor has selected construction contractors for electricity and telecommunications projects in many communes; at the same time , 8/10 resettlement areas have been handed over for people to build houses. The remaining two resettlement areas are expected to be completed and handed over before December 15. The work of site clearance for additional service roads and adjustment of Khanh Duong intersection has also been deployed by communes and wards to count and develop compensation plans after receiving the site clearance milestones.


At the conference, delegates discussed and analyzed the progress of implementation, difficulties and obstacles and proposed solutions to ensure the handover of land as committed in localities. At the same time , they proposed support to remove difficulties in materials and weather conditions affecting the progress of completing resettlement areas.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Cao Son, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the efforts of the investor, relevant departments, and localities in focusing their efforts on implementing the project in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Provincial People's Committee and the Government .
He also requested construction contractors to strengthen coordination with local authorities to support people in dismantling and relocating assets in the area that must be cleared. At the same time , he emphasized: construction units must arrange machinery, human resources, and overtime to quickly complete the items; ensure traffic safety and environmental sanitation throughout the construction process. For localities, it is necessary to focus on dialogue, propaganda, and mobilizing people to comply with policies and agree with compensation plans; resolutely apply coercive measures to cases of intentional non-compliance, ensuring that project progress is not affected .
