
* Attending the program to present financial support for the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" house for the family of Mr. Dang Van Phong (Thanh Long hamlet, Gia Van commune) were Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province , Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union; representatives of the Gia Van Commune Trade Union, and Ever Great International Co., Ltd.
Mr. Dang Van Phong is a worker at Ever Great International Co., Ltd. He is in difficult circumstances; his wife has cancer, and the couple has been struggling with infertility for many years. Meanwhile, their single-story house is severely dilapidated and unsafe during rainy, stormy, and flood weather.

After surveying and assessing the actual situation, the Gia Van Commune Trade Union proposed that higher-level trade unions support the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" for Mr. Phong's family. The house is expected to cost over 500 million VND in total. The Provincial Labor Federation will contribute 50 million VND from the Provincial Trade Union Social Fund ; and representatives from the Ever Great International Co., Ltd. Trade Union will contribute 14 million VND.
The "Trade Union Shelter" program, launched by the Trade Union organization, is a meaningful and humane social activity with a wide-ranging impact . These union-built shelters help many union members and workers have stable housing, allowing them to work with peace of mind and improve their lives.
Attending the program to present financial support for the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" house to the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Lieu, a member of the trade union at Ever Great International Co., Ltd. (Gia Van commune), were Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Gia Van commune trade union; and Ever Great International Co., Ltd.

Ms. Dinh Thi Lieu's family currently resides in Ngoc Thu village, Gia Tuong commune. Ms. Dinh Thi Lieu is in difficult circumstances; her husband was injured in an accident and is currently unable to work, and she has three children of school age. She is the primary breadwinner for the family. Their single-story house is in serious disrepair.
After surveying and assessing the actual situation, the Gia Van Commune Trade Union proposed that higher-level trade unions support the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" for the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Lieu.

Accordingly, the Provincial Labor Union provided 50 million VND, drawn from the Provincial Labor Union's Social Fund, to the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Lieu. On this occasion, Ever Great International Co., Ltd. donated 14 million VND; and the Gia Van Commune Labor Union presented gifts to Ms. Lieu's family, hoping to contribute to helping them have a decent home and a stable life.
* On the morning of December 10th, the Provincial Labor Union organized a ceremony to present financial support for the construction of a "Trade Union Shelter" house to the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc, a member of the grassroots trade union at Chung Jye Ninh Binh Vietnam Shoe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union.

The family of Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc currently resides in Hamlet 4, Kim Son Commune. The family is classified as poor, and Mr. Uoc himself is frail and frequently requires hospital treatment. On November 19, 2025, while on his way to work, his wife tragically died in an accident, leaving behind a sick husband and three children who are either still in school or have pre-existing medical conditions.

Given the family's difficult circumstances, the Provincial Labor Union provided 50 million VND from the Provincial Labor Union's Social Fund to Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc's family. In addition, representatives from Chung Jye Ninh Binh Vietnam Shoe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. donated over 220 million VND to help Mr. Uoc's family build a new house.
The provision of financial support for the construction of "Trade Union Shelters" is a meaningful and practical activity, demonstrating the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, creating conditions to help union members and workers realize their dreams of having a stable home and job, and giving them more motivation to strive in life.
