Conference to disseminate, grasp and propagate the Party's Directives, Resolutions, Conclusions and propagate and popularize legal education in the second quarter of 2024

At the Conference, Comrade Le Xuan Tien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department - disseminated, explained, and publicized the Party's Directives, Resolutions, and Conclusions, specifically: the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the immense historical value and contributions of Lai Chau province to the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory; the 134th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh ; the 120th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Tran Phu, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Agreement on the cessation of hostilities in Vietnam; the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly; the developments and results of the Ninth Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress; the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and the tasks and solutions for building and rectifying the Party in conjunction with preventing and combating corruption and negative phenomena. The second quarter of 2024 focused on disseminating legal education and awareness, including: the "Understanding Vietnamese Law on Identity Cards and Electronic Identification" competition; new policies and regulations in the field of Internal Affairs for officials and civil servants; the second round of awards for creating and promoting literary, artistic, and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh"; the value and methods of exploiting and using the Legal Code; resolutions and projects on the development of concentrated commercial agriculture; the plan for implementing Decision No. 1748/QD-TTg dated December 30, 2023, of the Prime Minister approving the Strategy for Crop Development until 2030, with a vision to 2050, in Lai Chau province; and the results of the approval of the Lai Chau Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
