Lai Chau Department of Industry and Trade: Announcing Decision on personnel work.

At the ceremony, Comrade Vuong The Man - Director of the Department presented the Decision, gave a speech assigning tasks and acknowledged the capacity and sense of responsibility of Comrade Truong Thi Thuy Duong during her working time. Previously, on November 24, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade announced the Decision to transfer and appoint comrade Tran Minh Cuong - former Chief of Office of the Department, to hold the position of Head of Trade Management Department.
