National conference on training in science and technology in 2025

On the morning of November 12, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission held a national conference to train science and education work in 2025. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats to localities across the country.

Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference at the bridge points of Thai Binh ward and Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; representatives of some provincial departments and branches; the Party Building Commission, the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of communes and wards in the whole province.
At the conference, the lecturers presented the following topics: Requirements for breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation to meet the new situation. Results of implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on fundamental innovation in education and training; implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; tasks of localities in advising on the implementation of this important Resolution. Results of implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on people's health care and grassroots health development in recent times; tasks and solutions to implement Resolution No. 72 -NQ/TW   September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

Through the conference, it helps localities and units thoroughly grasp and implement new viewpoints, guidelines, guidelines and policies of the Party and State on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, national digital transformation; education and training; and people's health care to Party committees and staff members on science and education work nationwide.

In his speech, Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, emphasized that the conference is a meaningful activity aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of science and education work in the entire political system, from the central to local levels. He affirmed that our Party always pays special attention to the field of science and education, considering it one of the important pillars in the country's sustainable development strategy; aiming to build a modern science, technology, education and training foundation, associated with the comprehensive development of Vietnamese people. Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, requested that cadres working in science and education at all levels clearly define their roles and responsibilities, continue to innovate the content and methods of propaganda, strengthen inspection and supervision work, replicate advanced models and typical examples, and at the same time pay attention to training and improving the qualifications of cadres working in science and education, to meet the requirements in the new situation.
